FERMAX INTERCOM INTEGRATION WITH ILEVIA

INTRODUCTION

Intercom systems are communication devices designed for instant, two-way audio exchange within specific areas. They typically consist of a master station and multiple sub-stations, allowing direct communication without the need for external networks. This guide show how to integrate a Fermax Intercom (Model: BLOCK PANEL 001-01 Fw ver.: V03.50S) with the Ilevia server.

Intercom configuration

Step 1:

Connect and access the web interface of the Fermax Intercom. Open the SIP settings:

1. Enter the Ilevia’s server IP address within the SIP SERVER parameter (Replace <Ilevia server IP> with the real IP of the Ilevia X1 server).

2. Enter the Ilevia’s server IP address on the Domain parameter (Replace <Ilevia server IP> with the real IP of the Ilevia X1 server).

3. Finally enter the STUN IP as follows: turn.ilevia.com.
