Intercom systems are communication devices designed for instant, two-way audio exchange within specific areas. They typically consist of a master station and multiple sub-stations, allowing direct communication without the need for external networks. This guide show how to integrate a Fermax<\/b> Intercom (Model: BLOCK PANEL 001-01 Fw ver.: V03.50S) with the Ilevia server.<\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” custom_margin=”30px||||false|false” global_colors_info=”{}”]\n

Intercom configuration<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]Step 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Connect and access the web interface of the Fermax Intercom. Open the SIP<\/b> settings:<\/p>\n

1.<\/b> Enter the Ilevia’s server IP address within the SIP SERVER<\/b> parameter (Replace <Ilevia server IP> with the real IP of the Ilevia X1 server). <\/p>\n

2.<\/b> Enter the Ilevia’s server IP address on the Domain<\/b> parameter (Replace <Ilevia server IP> with the real IP of the Ilevia X1 server). <\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/b><\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/b><\/p>\n

Select one of the 2 <\/span>SIP clients<\/b> and in the right menu enter the following in the <\/span>SIP address:<\/b><\/p>\n

<SIP Address>@<Ilevia Server IP Address><\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Replace <\/span><SIP-Address><\/b> with the <\/span>address (Room No.)<\/b> you entered in step 1 of your web configuration and replace <\/span><Ilevia-server-IP-address><\/b> with your <\/span>X1 server\u2019s IP address<\/b>. Select the second SIP Client and in the right menu enter the following in<\/span> SIP address<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n

<SIP-Address>@<Ilevia-server-IP-address>.<\/b><\/p>\n

Replace <\/span><SIP-Address><\/b> with the <\/span>address (VTO ID)<\/b> you entered in step 2 of your web configuration and replace <\/span><dahua-intercom-IP-address><\/b> with the <\/span>IP address<\/b> of your <\/span>Dahua intercom<\/b>. Add a new <\/span>IP camera<\/b> component to your project. After that it applies the <\/span>RTSP URL<\/b> in the component parameters as follows.<\/span><\/p>\n

rtsp:\/\/<User1>:<User1 password>@<Intercom IP address>\/mpeg\/media.amp<\/b><\/p>\n

Where <\/span><User1><\/b> must be replaced with the user\u2019s username present within the intercom web interface (e.g. admin). <\/span><User1 password><\/b> must be replaced with the user\u2019s real password (the one entered in step 3 of the web configuration) present within the web interface, finally replace <\/span><Intercom IP address><\/b> with the current IP address of your intercom within the local network.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/b><\/p>\n

Open the<\/span> Ilevia Control<\/b> application and enter the<\/span> settings<\/b>, select <\/span>Intercom<\/b> and then enter <\/span>Device<\/b>. Click the button on the Intercom to make a call.
