WiiM Player

INTRODUCTION

WiiM is a smart audio platform that provides high-quality wireless music streaming and multi-room audio across compatible speakers and devices.

The Ilevia integration with WiiM brings audio control directly into the smart home interface, allowing music to work seamlessly alongside lighting, climate control, and other systems for a simple and unified smart home experience.

PREREQUISITES

To simplify the configuration of your WiiM device in Ilevia Manager, open the WiiM Home app and access the device settings. Then, open the Ethernet section, where you will find the device’s network information, including its IP address.

Adding the WiiM device to Ilevia

This guide explains how to integrate the WiiM Pro Plus device into the Ilevia system.

Step 1:

Download and open the latest version of Ilevia Manager. Go to the Components tab, open the Multimedia section, and add the WiiM Player component to the My Components area.

Enter the IP address of the WiiM device in the IP field of the WiiM Player component.

Enter the IP address of the WiiM device in the IP field of the WiiM Player component.

VISUAL RESULT

Open the WiiM component interface. From this screen you can:

1. Playback to Internet radio stations
2. Search or change radio stations
3. Adjust the volume Mute and unmute the audio
4. Play and pause playback, Skip to the next track, Shuffle tracks and Loop track

The first image shows the Presets section of the WiiM content interface. From here, the user can view the available saved presets and quickly select a predefined radio station or audio source.

The second image shows the Radio section. This view allows the user to search for internet radio stations by name and select one of the available search results for playback.

By accessing the Details menu within the WiiM widget, you can manage the audio sources connected to the device. From this section, you can select and change both the input source and the output source according to the requirements of the installation.
